You're trusting Snuggle with the most personal record there is — your baby's days and nights. We don't take that lightly. Here's exactly where we stand, in plain English.
No ads. Ever.
Snuggle has no advertising — no banners, no sponsored cards, no ad networks watching what you log at 3am.
We never sell your data
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't build commercial profiles from your baby's records. Full stop.
Offline-first
Snuggle works on your device even without a signal. Log a feed on a plane or in a dead-zone nursery — it syncs when you're back online.
Export anytime
Your data is yours to take. Export everything to a CSV file from inside the app whenever you want — no lock-in.
Delete means delete
Delete your account from Settings and we really remove it. Data no other caregiver shares is permanently gone — not archived, not "soft-deleted forever."
Predictions stay on your device
Nap and schedule predictions are computed on your phone from your own logs. We don't run profiling of your baby on our servers.
We do use a few trusted providers to keep the app running — Apple and Google for sign-in, payments, and push; Firebase for analytics and crash reports; and RevenueCat for subscriptions. Syncing your baby's records across your devices and with the caregivers you invite runs on our own first-party servers, operated by Must Have Apps SIA — not on a third-party sync platform. None of these providers get your data to advertise to you.
